You act as a trusted business partner to the Regional Leader and Managing Directors, translating strategy into actionable financial insights and KPIs.You combine strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on mindset and act as a driver for continuous improvement. Key responsibilitiesLead and support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processesAnalyze financial performance and explain variances vs. budget and forecastTranslate strategic objectives into clear KPIs and performance frameworksSupport decision-making through business cases and scenario analysesMonitor and optimize cost base and net working capitalAct as primary finance contact for regional leadership and country management teamsDrive performance improvement initiatives across the regionCollaborate with finance peers across countries and business line functions QualificationsYour profileMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics2–5 years of experience in business controlling or similar roleStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailProactive, hands-on, and results-driven approachComfortable working independently and in an international environmentStrong communication skills with ability to challenge and influence stakeholdersExperience in a corporate/multinational environmentAdvanced Excel skills (knowledge of Cognos is a plus)Fluent in EnglishAdditional InformationWe support your development!
