The role is truly varied in nature and is responsible for delivering first-class employee administration, operational and systems support to employees. This role is the first point of contact for all HR related queries and will be accountable for ensuring that all HR administration and enquiries are addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruiting and Onboarding:Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and prepare the system ("SmartRecruiters") to post new roles, prepare job description and initiate background checksProcess new hires in SAP/HR systemsManage all onboarding activitiesTrack and capture all visa and immigration related documentationHR Processes:Process all monthly payroll changes (including starters and leavers) and work closely with payroll to ensure they have up to date and accurate informationProcess any system data changes, workflows & paperwork for employee life cycle events such as promotions and transfersCreate and maintain HR folders and Archive of HR Admin documentationOrganize, conduct and maintain data on leavers and offboarding incl. exit interviewsAccurately maintain and update employee database (SAP and HR systems) and employee recordsMaintain and update all HR email distribution lists, organizational charts as well as relevant staff contact listsAssist in any program roll outs (i.e. performance review process, talent review, salary planning, benefits enrolment, internship programs, trainings, annual declarations, etc.)Administer local HR policies, assist with development and launchSupport in managing internal and external relocations, and remote working requestsUse HR systems to provide reports and data to HR Manager and business leadersAdminister invoice payments (incl. vendor management) and contract signing processClient Services:Provide support on queries from clients including, but not limited to benefits, payroll, holiday, sick leave, employee reference requests or redirect clients to appropriate contactsProvide support for all questions regarding social security, health insurance, payroll taxation in liaise with designated...
