Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.


This is an exciting stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been built but It is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a strategic role in building high-performing teams that drive Khazna's growth.You'll own end-to-end recruitment, partner with business leaders, influence hiring decisions and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing industry trends ,salary benchmarks and best practices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs,influence hiring decisions and align recruitment strategies with business priorities.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles from candidate sourcing and screening to final selection.
  • Lead hiring for critical technical positions by building targeted sourcing strategies and long-term talent pipelines.
  • Drive proactive talent mapping ,market research and direct headhunting using different sourcing channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, enhance stakeholder experience and drive operational excellence within Talent Acquisition.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews to assess technical skills, competencies, motivation and cultural fit.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards and hiring reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in technical talent acquisition or recruitment preferably within a fast-paced tech, fintech or startup environment.
  • Proven success hiring for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles through proactive sourcing and direct headhunting.
  • Experience managing multiple hiring priorities across different business functions and markets.
  • Hands-on expertise in talent mapping, market research, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Proven track record of leveraging recruitment data and market insights to shape hiring strategies and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven experience identifying recruitment challenges and driving process improvements.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience within fintech, financial services or other high-growth technology companies.
  • A background in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
