The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while managing production personnel and resources effectively.
- Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing and process-related challenges.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, capacity expansion, and cost reduction projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
- Analyze manufacturing performance metrics and develop action plans to improve operational results.
- Support strategic planning, workforce development, and succession planning within the manufacturing organization.
- Mentor and develop engineers, supervisors, and technicians to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
