Senior Product Manager, EU CCE

Clichy, FranceFull-timePosted Jul 28, 2026
Every day, tens of millions of customers across Europe shop for the products that run their daily lives, from baby food to vitamins, laundry detergent to protein bars. These are repeat purchases where customers know what they want. Every reformulated query and every extra click between "I need this" and "it's on its way" is friction we can remove. This role exists to remove it, at scale.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the EU Consumables Customer Engagement team and own Search Efficiency and Primary Actions for Consumables: making it faster for customers to find everyday essentials and act on them the moment they do. You will drive two interconnected workstreams:

1. Search Efficiency: Everyday essentials shopping should take fewer searches, not more. You will own the strategy to help customers find and buy Consumables products with less effort in Search. The roadmap spans post add-to-cart experiences that let customers keep shopping in Search, richer product faceouts that answer questions without a detail page visit, and smarter query understanding for Consumables shopping missions. You will prove impact through rigorous weblab experimentation.

2. Primary Actions: For replenishment categories, finding a product and buying it should be one motion. You will own the roadmap for purchase actions across Search and the product page, including the Add to Cart quantity stepper and Add to Delivery, which lets Prime customers add products to an upcoming delivery and purchase in a click. You will lead the EU expansion of these experiences, navigating EU-specific legal and marketplace requirements, and drive the next generation of purchase experiences from concept through weblab to worldwide launch.

This role is also open to candidates in United Kingdom (UK) and Germany (DE).

Key job responsibilities
- Own the EU Consumables Search Efficiency roadmap: Define the strategy to reduce customer search effort across EU marketplaces. Partner with Search, personalization, and EU INTech teams to launch and scale post add-to-cart experiences, dynamic faceouts, and query guidance.
- Drive Primary Actions: Own the CX definition and rollout of purchase actions across Search and the product page, including Add to Delivery expansion across EU marketplaces, handling EU-specific complexity like restricted categories and legal disclosure requirements.
- Run experimentation end to end: Design weblabs, define launch criteria and guardrails, analyze results, and drive launch decisions with Search partner teams.
- Influence across a worldwide federation: Represent EU Consumables needs with central Search teams, DEX, PurchaseX, and US counterparts. Ensure worldwide solutions work across 10 EU marketplaces.
- Turn data into customer impact: Conduct deep-dive analysis on search behavior and conversion funnels. Translate findings into insights that drive prioritization and stakeholder alignment at senior leadership level.
- Write compelling narratives: Author 6-pagers, business reviews, and planning documents that articulate the customer problem, quantify the opportunity, and propose data-backed solutions.

A day in the life
You operate at the intersection of customer behavior, search experience, and experimentation, influencing outcomes across a worldwide federation of partner teams including Search, Delivery Experience, and PurchaseX. You don't build features in isolation. You form hypotheses about how customers shop, test them through weblabs at massive scale, and turn results into launch decisions backed by data. You write the narratives that secure engineering capacity. You own the metrics that tell us whether customers are shopping with less effort, and you're accountable for moving them.

About the team
You'll join EU Consumables Customer Engagement (CCE), the team that drives growth for one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses through three pillars:

- Customer Experience (CX) - which you'll join - makes it faster and easier for millions to shop. We invent and build features that solve real customer problems, partnering with EU InTech for development and scaling globally through US federation.
- Catalog Quality - ensures customers can trust the information they see. Using AI, we maintain accuracy across millions of products - from pricing to product details.
- Marketing - drives awareness and engagement, helping customers discover our selection and value.

CCE's impact comes from how these pillars work together: great features backed by trustworthy information and effective marketing. This approach has transformed how customers shop - from faster checkout in Search to easier discovery of value and deals.
