As a Global Supply Chain Program Manager 2, ​you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is located in ​Magna and Corinne, UT and does require work at both locations.Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept: Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material and services content for a Program or collection of ProgramsActs as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliersDevelops the material strategy and leads the activities for GSC in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP)Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have completed and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategiesLeads supply chain Program execution and is accountable for resource planning, material cost, sales forecasting, EAC performance, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolutionBriefs the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performancePosition Responsibilities:Focal point for managing Program Supply Chain throughout the Program life cycle from pursuit to contract close out. Responsible for;Supply Chain Management strategy, demand planning, BOM maintenance,  coordination w/ logistics and procurement stakeholders, developing a Material Program Plan (MPP), and risk managementManage the performance of the integrated supply chain cost, quality, & deliveryMaterial risk management, including identification, and mitigation planning and executionMaterial budget development, sales forecasting and cost (EAC) management; EVMS if applicableCross functional coordination as it pertains to supplier management, specifically with Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Procurement, and the IPTBriefs Program and Executive management and Customer on the status and issues affecting Supplier performance and costAs a leader with integrity, you ensure ethical conduct, balanced results, and partner satisfaction. Skilled in building collaborative teams and customer trust, you communicate well, champion excellence, and embrace change. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience in supply chain, operations, business, or program management – OR –Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience in supply chain, operations, business, or program managementPrior program or project management experience successfully executing budgets and schedules of significant scope and complexityAdvanced knowledge of supply chain management techniques, practicesDemonstrated experience in supporting proposals and major subcontractor managementDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve projects cost, performance, and schedule requirementsStrong business acumen to support analysis of supplier impacts on business unit financials for both externally and internally funded scopeAbility to work onsite at both Promontory and Bacchus, UT locationsSkilled and comfortable communicating and interfacing with high level leadership and customerAbility to work initiatives that impact long-term program...
