They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. Proactively identify emerging threats and design highly targeted testing approaches. + Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand product functionality, potential vulnerabilities, and develop actionable solutions. + Guide and support the development of junior analysts, sharing knowledge and expertise to build a high-performing team. + Identify key areas for improvement and develop comprehensive program plans.Evaluate and optimize existing programs, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing their impact. + Advocate for the importance of AI safety within Google and the wider industry and knowledge of AI landscape and tools.
