Your role
We are looking for a Data Quality Specialist who will be responsible for driving data quality improvements across business domains and ensuring trusted data is available for reporting, decision-making and AI solutions.
Your tasks
- Define and monitor data quality standards and KPIs.
- Identify, investigate and resolve data quality issues.
- Establish quality controls and validation mechanisms.
- Produce data quality reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of data governance processes.
- Promote data quality best practices across the organization.
Your profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance or MDM.
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks and controls.
- Experience in root cause analysis and issue management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience defining data quality KPIs and reporting.
- Fluent English.
- Must be based in, and available to work on-site full-time from, Gdańsk or Wrocław.
Nice to Have
- SAP MDG experience.
- Experience in large-scale data transformation programs.
- Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks.
