YOUR IMPACT We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our FP&A organization and serve as the finance partner for global top‑line performance within the Cybersecurity SMB/C business. This role owns revenue forecasting, modeling, and analysis, delivering actionable insights that influence strategic and operational decision‑making.This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility position, working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners across Finance, Sales, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong financial modeling expertise with business acumen, curiosity, and a continuous‑improvement mindset. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Own global revenue forecasting and analysis for the SMB/C Cybersecurity business, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business drivers.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive revenue models, incorporating bookings, mix, and revenue recognition considerations.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Lead revenue planning processes across products, coordinating inputs and assumptions with all key stakeholders.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Deliver regular and ad‑hoc financial reporting and executive‑ready insights, explaining performance versus plan, forecast, and prior periods.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Identify drivers of performance deviations and partner with the business on corrective actions and risk/opportunity assessments.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Collaborate closely with Revenue Accounting, Sales Operations, and Corporate FP&A to ensure a consistent and integrated view of revenue.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Continuously improve and automate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes; build and maintain relevant KPIs and metrics.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Act as a trusted finance partner, translating complex financial results into clear, actionable business narratives.</li></ul> WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED <ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in high-tech, SaaS, or internet industries.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or Analysis for Office is a plus.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify key drivers, and communicate insights effectively.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Demonstrated ability to build productive, long‑term relationships with cross‑functional partners.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.0pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.</li></ul>ONE LAST THING OpenText is more than a corporation—it’s a global community built on trust, character, and purpose.
