Role Overview
Supports talent attraction and employer brand initiatives across the Middle East and Türkiye region, with a primary focus on Egypt.
Partners closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and business stakeholders to understand workforce priorities, hiring challenges and talent market opportunities, translating them into effective employer brand and talent marketing strategies.
Leads the planning, execution and optimisation of employer branding and talent attraction campaigns across digital, social and talent marketing channels. Works closely with the central creative team to develop impactful campaigns, while ensuring all activity aligns with global brand standards and reflects local market needs.
Acts as a trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition stakeholders, using market insights, campaign performance and industry trends to strengthen employer brand visibility, improve candidate attraction and support hiring outcomes across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Business Consulting
Partners with country and regional Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring priorities, workforce challenges and market opportunities.
Advises stakeholders on the most effective employer branding and talent marketing approaches to achieve hiring objectives.
Translates business needs into clear marketing priorities, campaigns and action plans.
Acts as the primary employer brand and talent marketing partner for assigned markets.
Influences and challenges stakeholder thinking where appropriate to improve talent attraction outcomes.
Campaign Strategy, Planning & Creative Coordination
Develops employer branding and talent attraction campaigns aligned with hiring demand and business priorities.
Defines campaign objectives, audience segmentation, messaging and channel strategy.
Works with the central creative team to brief, develop and deliver campaign assets.
Ensures all activity follows global brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
Reviews and approves creative assets to ensure relevance and effectiveness in local markets.
Coordinates campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
Digital & Social Marketing Execution
Delivers paid and organic attraction campaigns across social, digital and employer brand channels.
Oversees campaign setup, audience targeting, optimisation and performance management.
Monitors campaign effectiveness and implements improvements to maximise results.
Uses digital marketing and recruitment marketing best practices to drive reach, engagement and candidate conversion.
Identifies new channels, formats and opportunities to improve attraction outcomes.
Employer Brand Delivery
Applies global employer brand strategy and guidelines across all activity.
Adapts messaging and content to reflect local market realities and talent expectations.
Partners with brand and creative teams to develop impactful employer brand content.
Identifies opportunities to strengthen employer brand visibility in priority talent segments and markets.
Supports the execution of employer brand initiatives, campaigns and talent community engagement activities.
Talent Market Intelligence
Monitors talent market trends, competitor activity and candidate behaviour.
Uses market insights and campaign data to recommend attraction strategies.
Identifies opportunities to strengthen employer brand positioning and improve talent attraction performance.
Shares market intelligence and best practices with regional stakeholders.
Performance, Reporting & Optimisation
Tracks campaign performance and communicates results to stakeholders.
Uses data and insights to recommend improvements and optimisation opportunities.
Supports effective allocation of budgets and resources.
Identifies opportunities to scale successful campaigns and programmes across markets.
Maintains a strong focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Workload & Priority Management
Manages multiple projects, campaigns and stakeholder requirements across markets.
Balances immediate hiring priorities with long-term employer brand objectives.
Works independently while ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities.

Keeps up to date with employer branding, digital marketing, social media and talent attraction trends.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Experience in employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment marketing, digital marketing or related disciplines.
Proven experience developing and delivering employer brand or talent attraction campaigns end-to-end.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms and talent attraction strategies.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working across multiple countries, regions or markets is preferred.
Experience within customer experience, technology or service-based organisations is advantageous.
