The SensArray division is the world leading provider of in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing SensArray business unit is dedicate to support customer R&D phase as well as HVM with in-situ thermal process control. SensArray business unit enable APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield improvement.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Not a Software Application Position. Up to 40% in travel (Domestic/International)
Success Metrics:
- Customer adoption and utilization of SensArray products.
- Successful execution of evaluations and demonstrations.
- Technical contribution to product roadmap and application development
- Customer satisfaction and issue-resolution effectiveness.
- Revenue growth supported through technical engagement.
Technical Responsibility:
- Strong working knowledge of customer use cases for Semiconductor Fabrication
- Understand and resolve customer pain points inside the fabs
- Provide technical support for SensArray products at customer sites and remote engagements.
- Develop application methodologies for etch, deposition, lithography, wafer handling, Factory Automation, Advanced Packaging
- Analyze process and equipment performance data and present recommendations to customers
- Maintain high uptime of SensArray metrology Tools through technical debug and support
Customer Engagement:
- Support customer-facing activities including: Product demonstrations, Evaluation planning and execution & Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Interface with Engineering, Advanced Development, SW, FW, Ops, Manufacturing to provide customer-first experience
Content Development:
- Develop and maintain customer presentations and product overview materials & Application notes and technical documentation
- Develop and publish white papers, publications, Product Spec sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Semiconductor Process Experience or inside a Semiconductor Fab
- 3+ years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry or inside a Semiconductor Fab
- Understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing process: Etch, CVD/PVD/ALD, CMP, or lithography
- Familiarity with Process and Metrology concepts
- Travel (International/Domestic) up to 40%, with rare possibility of last minute travel to support customer emergency
- Hands-on Experience with AI - Building agents/Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Program Management
- Experience in Advanced Packaging
- Experience in Semiconductor Metrology

Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Degree must be in a technical background in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related technical discipline.
Strong understanding of semiconductor processing technologies, including one or more of:- CVD/ALD/PVD
- Plasma etch
- Thermal processing
- Wafer handling and automation
- Advanced packaging
