Chicago, ILFull-timePosted Jul 31, 2026

Are you a payments solutions professional who thrives at the intersection of product and sales?

As a Client Solution Specialist in JPMorganChase Commercial Bank Payments, you’ll partner with Treasury Management Sales to lead discovery, shape receivables solution strategy, and build winning pitches—helping government clients select, adopt, and scale the right capabilities from pursuit through close.

Job responsibilities

  • Drive deals with TMO Sales: lead discovery, design client-specific Receivables solutions, build business cases (operational and financial benefits), and support negotiations through close
  • Position JPMorganChase solutions vs. competitors: articulate differentiation, address objections, and tailor positioning for key players in partnership with Sales.
  • Translate needs into proposals: produce compelling narratives, demos, and contribute to RFPs with crisp, outcome-focused responses.
  • Co-develop pursuit strategies, prioritize opportunities, and help coverage teams create and advance qualified pipeline.
  • Enable execution: upskill sales teams on product capabilities; ensure implementation handoffs are clear and client-ready.
  • Synthesize market and client feedback to inform product roadmaps—keeping the focus on commercial outcomes
  • Leverage CRM to track deal progress and manage pipeline

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years in enterprise solutions consulting, sales engineering, implementation consulting, or quota-carrying sales supporting Payments —with exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder deals and measurable commercial impact.
  • Ability to understand client/prospect needs and convert them into wins through solution-based selling that clearly articulates operational and financial benefits.
  • Strong presentation skills; comfortable in discovery, solution mapping, commercial structuring, negotiation, and objection handling—able to communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Payments domain knowledge; comfortable with technical concepts but oriented to outcomes (not product build).
  • Excellent communication and writing—able to craft executive-ready pitches, RFP responses, and ROI/value analyses.
  • Success operating in a matrixed environment across Sales, Product, Legal, Risk, and Implementation.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with modern Receivables platforms
  • Prior responsibility for discovery-to-close on multi-stakeholder, multi-product deals
  • Team-oriented with the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, peers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Salesforce experience
