Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Track and maintain accurate records of retention samples for testing and validation
Perform routine inventory counts and reconciliation of retention samples
Generate and analyze reports on material consumption and inventory impact
Monitor and clean COGI backlog; take corrective actions to keep it under control
Ensure data accuracy in SAP related to inventory movements and sample tracking
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure proper handling and traceability of samples
Support audits and compliance activities related to inventory and sample management
Identify discrepancies and provide root cause analysis with corrective actions
Maintain organized documentation aligned with batch records and inventory control practices
Required Qualifications & Skills
Language
Spanish: Preferred
English: Basic/Optional
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of SAP (inventory management, COGI, material movements).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic analysis, reporting)
Functional Knowledge
Manufacturing processes
Batch records
Inventory control principles
Communication Skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to communicate across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
Strong coordination with cross-functional teams
Experience (Recommended)
Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control roles preferred
Exposure to regulated environments (medical, pharma, or similar) is a plus
