Job Description Summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Early Talent Recruiting Coordinator to support USCAN early talent hiring across internships, co-ops, and entry-level roles. This role provides hands-on recruiting operations and coordination support, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, campus recruiting leads, program managers, and the Global Early Talent Program Manager.

Job Description

The coordinator will support campus recruiting events, requisition management, candidate data accuracy, and offer creation, while helping deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. This position supports GE HealthCare USCAN businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for USCAN early talent recruiting programs
  • Coordinate campus recruiting activities and events, including logistics, materials, calendars, and follow‑up
  • Support university and campus relationships in partnership with campus recruiting leads
  • Create, maintain, and track early talent requisitions in Workday and other recruiting systems
  • Ensure accurate candidate data entry, documentation, and reporting
  • Assist with offer creation and approval processes for early talent candidates
  • Support pre‑hire and onboarding coordination as needed
  • Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling as a supporting responsibility
  • Partner across recruiters, business leaders, program managers, and early talent leadership to keep hiring activities on track

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant recruiting coordination or HR operations experience
  • Experience working in an ATS or HR system (Workday preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
  • Collaborative, service‑oriented approach
