The Opportunity:Our New Business team is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive who combines elite sales performance with a genuine passion for social impact. You will engage C-suite leaders, build strategic pipelines, own the full sales cycle for our solutions, and consistently exceed ambitious quotas.
This is a role for a proven enterprise hunter — someone who has closed complex, high-value deals, earned formal recognition for their performance, and is ready to bring that expertise to a mission-driven product that is reshaping the social impact and grantmaking landscape. If you have sold into the corporate social responsibility, grants management, employee giving, or philanthropic technology space, this role was built for you. Strong performers from adjacent enterprise SaaS markets with a genuine passion for social impact are also encouraged to apply.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead end-to-end sales cycles with large, complex organizations, driving new logo acquisition and expanding strategic relationships.
Execute rigorous pipeline management and accurate forecasting, leveraging sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to ensure consistent quota overachievement.
Develop and deliver compelling, tailored pitches and product demonstrations that connect our technology to long-term client goals.
Engage and build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders.
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date forecast for every open opportunity and keep clean data in Salesforce and other relevant systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally to share important information and insights about client and market findings to improve marketing and sales activities.
Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
Innovate and problem-solve, providing customer feedback to influence product and program enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with deep experience in new business full-cycle enterprise software sales and new logo acquisition, highly preferred.
Track Record: Consistent top performer with formal recognition — President's Club, Chairman's Club, or equivalent company-wide award — and a demonstrated history of exceeding quota on a monthly and annual basis
Domain Experience: Experience selling into corporate social responsibility, employee giving, grants management, philanthropic technology, or nonprofit SaaS is a strong advantage and strongly preferred, not required.
Deal Complexity: Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals, with a track record of closing deals valued over $250K Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) being a significant advantage.
Sales Acumen: Deep experience leveraging sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar) to drive accurate forecasting. Strong hunter mentality with expert-level prospecting and negotiation...
