The objective of Eurofins companies is to provide their customers with high-quality services, accurate results on time and expert advice by their highly qualified staff.Job DescriptionThe Technical Supervisor is part of the Technical & Quality Department and reports to the Technical Manager or relevant line manager.The role is responsible for supervising the technical activities related to Hardline and reporting activities, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and applicable international standards.The objectives of the Technical Supervisor are:To ensure technical competency of inspectors and report reviewersTo Improve consistency and accuracy of inspection and reportingTo support compliance with international standards and client requirementsTo strengthen training and knowledge sharing across teamsMissionThe mission of the Technical Supervisor is to ensure the technical competency, consistency, and quality of inspection and reporting activities across E&E products, DIY products, and hard goods, while supporting compliance with internal procedures and international standards.1. Technical Competency ManagementMonitor and assess the technical competency of QCs and report reviewersIdentify technical gaps and define improvement actionsEnsure inspection and reporting activities are aligned with internal SOPs and standardsMaintain and update technical guidelines and inspection protocolsDrive the standardization of inspection practices across teamsSupport on-site trials for new customers and products as needed.2. Training & DevelopmentDevelop and maintain training materials related to HardlineDesign and deliver training programs (on-site and remote)Conduct regular technical training sessions and knowledge sharingEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training contentSupport onboarding interview, training and qualification of new inspectors3. Technical Support & Quality AssuranceProvide technical support and guidance on testing, inspection, and compliance issuesEnsure consistency and quality of inspection results and reportsRespond to internal technical inquiries from operational teamsSupport investigation and resolution of technical issues or discrepanciesParticipate in internal audits or cross-check activities as required4. Inspection Booking ValidationEnsure proper validation of hardline inspection bookings, including the defining of necessary on-site tests.Ensure inspectors understand and correctly apply inspection procedures and on-site testing methods., by co-operate with booking team.QualificationsDegree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related disciplineFluent in English BusinessMinimum 5 years of experience in Hardline testing, inspection, or certificationFamiliarity with IEC/EN and/or UL/ANSI standardsExperience in training, SOP development, or technical supervision is preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWillingness to...
