We're growing in Australia — and rather than wait until we're mid-scramble for a Delivery Director, we figured we'd get ahead of ourselves and start building a shortlist of brilliant people now. So consider this less "apply today, start Monday" and more "let's get to know each other before we actually need you."

No fixed start date, if we're being honest — but that's kind of the point of a pipeline. We want to meet you before the role is fully carved out, so when it is, you're not a cold application, you're the first call we make.

What we're building towards

As we expand our Sydney operation, we'll need a Delivery Director to own delivery across a growing portfolio of projects — someone who can bring structure, pace, and client confidence to the table, and who wants to help shape what "great delivery" looks like in a new region rather than just inherit someone else's playbook.

Who we're looking for

We're deliberately keeping this open. We're just as interested in:

• Established Delivery Directors who've done this before and want a fresh region to build in, or
• Rising Delivery Leads / senior Project/Programme Managers who are right on the edge of that next step — you might not have the DD title yet, but you've got the instincts, the client trust, and the ambition, and you're ready to grow into it with the right backing.

If you're in that second camp: good. Growing into the role with us, in a market we're building from scratch, might genuinely suit you better than walking into somewhere it's already been defined.

Broadly, we'd love to hear from people with:

• A track record delivering complex projects/programmes for clients (agency, consultancy, or similar environment)
• Confidence running senior client relationships and being the calm in the room when things get messy
• Experience building or scaling delivery practices, teams, or ways of working
• An appetite for being early — helping define how delivery works in a new market, not just executing an existing model
