Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing.

Line of Business Job Description:

The Operations Analyst serves as a key business execution and organizational support partner for the Proficiency Coach organization, helping drive reporting discipline, deliverable management, project coordination, employee engagement support, and operational readiness across the line of business.

Responsibilities include reviewing and organizing reporting, tracking action items and project milestones, preparing presentations and business updates, supporting SharePoint management, assisting with hiring and onboarding readiness, coordinating education and access needs, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with expansion planning. This role also helps document processes, identify gaps, escalate risks or delays, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely follow-through. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, partners well across teams, maintains confidentiality, and supports continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions

  • Supports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services

  • Provides guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes

  • Expands business products knowledge within operations environment

  • Builds network by developing relationships with partners and teammates

  • Inspects data to identify issues and trends

  • Collects and interprets data to validate operational processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have current Credit Assistance experience

  • Experience supporting business operations, reporting, project coordination, or organizational routines.

  • Ability to track deliverables, action items, deadlines, and project updates.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prepare or organize presentations, business updates, reports, and documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to escalate issues as needed.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Flexible to meet varying hours/days when necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Operations, Proficiency Coach, Academy, performance management, or business execution teams.

  • Experience with SharePoint management, reporting routines, dashboards, or project tracking.

  • Experience assisting with hiring, onboarding, education coordination, access readiness, employee engagement, or expansion planning.

  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and help build consistent, scalable routines.

  • Experience preparing leadership-level materials, meeting summaries, or executive-ready updates.

  • College Degree
