Overview

As the Senior Associate, Investment Management you will be capable of running small to medium-sized projects and they begin to take on soft management responsibilities of training Associates. The goal for this role is to continue to learn and apply basic Investment Management + Operations principles.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

  • You will have a strong understanding of the overall media marketplace and partner landscape
  • You will have deep understanding of agency investment tools
  • You will bring a basic understanding of partnership opportunities, deals and terms
  • You will bring a basic understanding of agency Terms + Conditions and media partner contracting process

Day-to-Day

  • You will be responsible for the oversight and accuracy of campaign set-up and stewardship in agency media buying platform
  • You will be accountable for accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partners
  • You will be accountable for on-budget delivery of media investment
  • You will be accountable for the actualization and reconciliation of media investment
  • You will be responsible for reconciling invoices, client media billing reports, partner payment mitigation and resolution.
  • You will be responsible for the development and delivery of Marketplace Value workbooks
  • You will be responsible for campaign closures
  • You may be responsible for training and mentoring of Associates

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 months - 2+ years media planning or buying experience
  • 1+ years experience using MS excel (can perform complex functions)
  • 6 months - 1+ years media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean)
  • Optional: HCP/Pharma media planning and media strategy experience

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
