As an ML Ops & LLM Ops Engineer-Senior Associate-Analytics as service - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional client support. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the strategic management of delivery risk.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
- Leading the transition and execution of service delivery teams, confirming alignment with client objectives
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee delivery timelines and manage performance risks
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies to refine tools and services within managed services
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Designing and developing automation frameworks to streamline business processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and transformation
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and client expectations
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities

What You Must Have

- Hands on exp in ML Ops/LLM Ops: AWS Cloud & Infrastructure; MLOps & LLMOps; DevOps & CI/CD; Model & Artifact Versioning; Secure Deployments; Observability & Release Governance
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
