Also, to request clients/brokers information to proceed with issuance of documents and comply with local regulations for Anti-Money laundering laws.Responsible for developing relationships with brokers assigned and being the link between the external client and internal areas as needed. Contribute to growth of area by analyzing/negotiation increase of handling fees based on history of claims, level of support required, etc.What we are looking for: Bilingual (fluent in English at a Business Level is a must) third language is desirable, not mandatoryDesirable Minimum 3 years work experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Client Servicing (broker or company background).Bachelor’s degree in international business or related financial fieldGoal oriented Mindset.  Open to always learn new skills and abilities: continuous learning attitude.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skillsCollaborative & Capable to adapt to a changing environment.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines / SLAsCommercial acumen with negotiation skillsComputer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, WordMust demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following skills:AnalyticalCustomer serviceNegotiation CapabilitiesTechnical Skills/ Experience:Experience communicating directly with external parties, including large and/or multinational corporationsInsurance experience in a client & broker facing role (broker or company background)IT packages: MS Outlook, Excel and Word.We are an equal opportunity employerIt has been and will continue to be the policy of American International Group, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
