GSO System Administration Senior Analyst, AVP
The GSO System Administration Senior Analyst role supports the Global Solutions Organization (GSO) division of Real Estate Services (RES) by supporting the performance, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of business systems managed by GBE.
The successful candidate will:
• Resolve RES systems performance and end user support issues.
• Ensure technical requests and system solutions are documented and executed according to the appropriate life cycle, service level agreement, system security, and business policies, processes, and procedures.
• Design and manage the implementation of ongoing process and technical enhancements based on analysis of GSO performance and feedback metrics, industry trends & best practices, and RES strategic initiatives.
• Support, design, or produce weekly metrics on all support requests in order to identify trends, better coordinate team resources, and inform GSO management on volumes and results over time.
Responsibilities:
Partner with end users, ET (Enterprise Technology), and GSO Relationship Managers (RMs) to clarify, troubleshoot, and resolve GSO systems issues
Execute and track System Administration Requests (SARs), enhancement system changes, configurations, and front end changes approved by system admin in IST, UAT, and PROD environments
Provide off-hours testing and checkout for upgrades to system servers and databases as needed
Works with external vendor, FT, GSO RMs & GSO testing analysts to resolve system issues, test system fixes, changes, and enhancements, and coordinate upgrades
Configuration of internal (Citi) and external (vendor) enhancement requests for RES Systems
Support weekly metrics on all support requests in order to mitigate risks and enable better management of team resources
Monitor and report issue resolution metrics
Qualifications:
5-8 years experience in an Application Support role
Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications
Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn
Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand
Demonstrated analytical skills
Issue tracking and reporting using tools
Good all-round technical skills
Effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams
Ability to plan and organize workload
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
