The role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements while collaborating closely with Product Managers and development teams. It drives alignment, supports project delivery, and ensures successful implementation of IT initiatives. Strong cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement are key.  Where will you be based and what business will you support?Based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. You will be part of a global IT organisation, supporting business units, laboratory operations, and key stakeholders across regions, ensuring IT solutions align with business and operational goals.How can you help us?By acting as the key liaison between business and IT, ensuring requirements are clear, structured, and actionable.
