  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of transport orders, delivery plans, operational milestones, and customer commitments.

  • Collaborate with vendors, terminals, depots, customs brokers, and other external partners to secure transportation capacity and maintain service quality.

  • Monitor shipment execution and proactively identify operational risks, delays, or exceptions.

  • Support rail transportation and first/last-mile delivery activities.

  • Validate transport order information, including container details, delivery requirements, free time, applicable terms and conditions, and customer-specific instructions.

  • Maintain accurate operational records in Maersk systems and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitor vendor performance and follow up on service failures, claims, waiting times, additional costs, and operational deviations.

  • Support issue resolution and escalate operational challenges related to deliveries, equipment, terminals, or vendor performance when required.

  • Ensure compliance with Maersk policies, local regulations, safety standards, and agreed customer procedures.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic operational environment, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.

  • Good computer skills and confidence working with PC-based systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain is an advantage but not essential.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks accurately.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
