As a Process Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will drive operational efficiency, cost savings, product quality, and customer satisfaction. You'll optimize processes, collaborate with teams, and ensure compliance. You will report directly to our Sr Process Engineer Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.
As a Process Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process design into manufacturing operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
You will report directly to our Process Engineering Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Cd. Juárez location on an on-site work schedule.

- Support the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to implement process improvements.
- Assist in conducting engineering analyses, simulations, and cost estimations to support process design and validation.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an Electronics engineering, Electromechanics engineering, Electrical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering efforts
- Strong knowledge of process design, process optimization, and manufacturing operations
- Proficiency with CAD-based modeling tools and process simulation software to develop and validate manufacturing processes
- Experience with manufacturing cost estimation and value engineering principles.
- Advanced English level.
