Job Title: Manager – Accounts & Finance (R2R)Location: MumbaiDepartment: Finance & Accounts (Record to Report - R2R)Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience: 4–5 years post-qualificationAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, account finalization, and financial controllership. This role offers anopportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing organization and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and process excellence.Key Responsibilities: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process and ensure timely book closure. Prepare and review standalone financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and internal accounting policies. Coordinate and manage statutory audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations and smooth interaction with auditors. Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and financial reports for management and auditors. Support account finalization, consolidation, and financial controllership activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal control frameworks. Review balance sheet reconciliations and identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and strengthen financial reporting processes. Assist in implementation and enhancement of finance policies, SOPs, and internal controls. Support management reporting, MIS, and ad hoc finance projects as required.Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in financial reporting, statutory audit, account finalization, and controllership. Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and financial reporting requirements. Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer businesses will be an added advantage. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Key Skills: Financial Reporting & Controllership Statutory Audit Coordination Ind AS & Financial Statement Preparation Balance Sheet Reconciliations Account Finalization & Book Closure Internal Controls & Compliance Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking For: A highly motivated finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge. Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and takes ownership of deliverables.
