Business Operations Specialist (Fixed-term)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of business and marketing operations activities. In this role, you will help ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance, Digital, and external agencies to support strong customer engagement and business outcomes through effective operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Business and Marketing Operations Execution
Support the development and execution of omnichannel marketing and business initiatives.
Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Ensure materials and activities are prepared, reviewed, and distributed in line with company standards and industry regulations.
Monitor progress of key initiatives and proactively identify risks, delays, or issues.
Project and Vendor Management
Manage the operational aspects of projects from initiation through execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Maintain project plans, budgets, and status updates.
Support event planning and execution for healthcare professionals and customers.
Data, Analytics, and Insights
Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.
Support customer segmentation, digital engagement analysis, and reporting activities.
Develop dashboards and reports to generate actionable insights.
Help identify opportunities to improve business effectiveness and customer experience.
Operations Excellence
Maintain operational processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Support budget tracking and purchase order management.
Ensure alignment between business strategy and operational execution.
Drive continuous improvement in workflows, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business operations, marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related area.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
