As a Billing and Collections Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations. Within our Finance practice, you will focus on tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management, providing strategic guidance to optimize financial performance. As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice, handle technical tasks, and conduct in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that drive value and contribute to the team's success.

Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance
- Managing financial processes to confirm compliance with regulations and internal controls
- Handling financial reporting and budgeting tasks to provide accurate and timely insights
- Analyzing cash flow and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Applying accounting policies and practices to maintain consistency and accuracy in financial operations
- Supporting billing and collections activities to enhance efficiency and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborating with team members to gather information and discern patterns for informed business decisions
- Utilizing escalation management techniques to address and resolve complex billing and collection challenges
- Engaging in active listening and communication to foster teamwork and inclusion within the finance operations team
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Background in Accounting or Finance or any other Administration experience with numeric skills and interest in Financial area.
- Stakeholders management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Oral and written proficiency in French required
