As a Senior Manager in Regulatory Risk Compliance, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, professional knowledge, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and share alternative perspectives. Directing the team through complexity, you will demonstrate composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations. Your focus on staying relevant and initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels will be key to resolving issues hindering team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Leading regulatory risk compliance initiatives to confirm adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks for clients
- Providing strategic guidance on compliance strategies and navigating complex regulatory landscapes
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within compliance frameworks
- Validating outcomes with clients and sharing alternative perspectives to enhance compliance program implementation
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story in compliance reporting
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams
- Making decisions and taking action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness in compliance auditing
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in compliance risk assessment and governance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
