About the Role
This role owns cross-platform merchandising and operations consistency across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Livestream, working alongside the channel-specific merchandising and operations roles on each team.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and audit cross-platform merchandising standards (listing quality, content compliance, pricing consistency) across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Livestream channels.
- Coordinate stock allocation and campaign readiness across all Marketplace channels with each team's merchandising/operations counterpart.
- Consolidate and cross-check promotion/voucher mechanics across platforms ahead of major campaigns to catch inconsistencies before go-live.
- Monitor cross-platform listing/catalog consistency (naming, images, pricing) and flag discrepancies to the relevant channel team.
- Support new SKU launch operations across all marketplace channels (listing creation, stock setup, cross-platform timing alignment).
- Report cross-platform merchandising/operations health to the Marketplace Manager monthly
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or marketplace operations, ideally across multiple platforms.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable working across multiple seller center backends (Shopee, TikTok Shop).
- Detail-oriented, able to manage cross-platform consistency at scale.
