This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, and operations, driving innovation across the supplier ecosystem to support long-term business growth and competitiveness.The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with supplier-facing leadership, using data, structured problem-solving, and collaboration to translate emerging technologies into scalable, cost-effective, and resilient supply chain solutions.具体的な業務は以下の通り。■ サプライヤー技術支援・イノベーション推進サプライヤーと連携し、コスト・性能・品質・市場投入速度の改善につながる新技術・プロセス・材料の評価、試作、適用拡大を主導サプライヤー、社内の製品開発、量産、品質、調達部門との技術的な橋渡し役を担う製品ロードマップ、および、サプライチェーンロードマップに沿ったサプライヤー主導のイノベーションを推進■ コスト最適化・意思決定支援量産を見据えた設計（DFM）、プロセス最適化、自動化、歩留まり改善、ライフサイクルコスト分析を通じ、TCO削減施策をリード調達および技術導入の判断の為に、コスト・品質・リスク・サステナビリティ・スケーラビリティのトレードオフの評価を実施技術・プロセス理解をもとに、コストモデリングおよびファクトベースの価格交渉を支援■ サプライヤー能力・レジリエンス強化現在および将来の事業需要に対応するため、サプライヤーの生産能力・スケーラビリティ・技術的準備状況を評価・改善プロセス能力・設備準備・人材スキル・デジタル化を含む、サプライヤーの業務改善に向けた施策を推進サプライチェーン・オペレーションチームと連携し、マルチサプライヤーの確保、リスク軽減、復旧計画策定を含むサプライヤーレジリエンス強化■ 品質改善・継続的改善サプライヤーおよび社内品質部門と協力し、プロセス能力の向上・バラつきの低減・品質問題の流出防止に取り組むサプライヤーの構造的な問題に対するルートコーズ分析および是正処置を主導Lean・Six Sigma・SPC等の継続的改善手法に関して、サプライヤーへ展開・普及■ サステナビリティ対応環境負荷低減・エネルギー効率化・廃棄物削減・責任ある調達に関するサプライヤーのサステナビリティ施策を支援■ 社内連携・ステークホルダー対応製品開発、量産、品質、調達、財務・プログラムマネージメントなどの関連部門と連携し、優先事項の整合と実行推進複雑な技術・サプライチェーン上のトピックを、技術系・非技術系を問わず関係者に分かりやすく発信組織の壁を越えて合意形成と成果創出を牽引Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Technology Enablement & Innovation• Partner with suppliers to evaluate, pilot, and scale new technologies, processes, and materials that improve cost, performance, quality, and time-to-market • Serve as a technical interface between suppliers and internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams • Identify and drive supplier-led innovation opportunities aligned with product and supply chain roadmaps • Lead initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership through design-for-manufacturability, process optimization, automation, yield improvement, and lifecycle cost analysis • Evaluate trade-offs across cost, quality, risk, sustainability, and scalability to inform sourcing and technology decisions • Support should-cost modeling and fact-based negotiations through deep technical and process understanding • Assess and improve supplier capacity, scalability, and technical readiness to support current and future business demand • Drive initiatives to improve supplier operational maturity, including process...
