Your Responsibilities
- Technical Expert for Radar Systems and their Automotive Applications
- Requirements Analysis and System Specification development for FMCW Radars (especially at 77GHz) in collaboration with different customers
- MMIC testing, characterization and failure analysis
- Algorithm and Software Development in the field of Radar Signal Processing
- Support Radar measurements in Laboratory and Test Vehicles
- Interact with different competencies internally in the Global organization
- Occasional participation in Customer Test Drives
- Work with global teams on cross domain support, customer support
- Lead team members to achieve project goals, handle planning and execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of advanced software engineering practices
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters or PhD in Electronics Communication, Physics or related fields
- Overall Exp 10 to 18 Years, 10+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software development, debugging, log analysis
- Exposure to Radar testing in laboratory and data analysis
- Very good knowledge in Matlab- and C-programming
- Very good English language skills
- Strong team and customer orientation and a high degree of flexibility, dedication and initiative
- Experience with Automotive standards and processes desirable
- Experience in direct customer interaction desirable
- Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE)
- Work independently, proactive, decision maker, passion for results, good team player
