Inabia Solutions Recruiting Team      RN Manager Concord, MA Contracted Mid Level Share Key Responsibilities:• Oversee 24-hour operations of the Endoscopy and Interventional Radiology units• Lead and supervise RNs, CNAs, Patient Care Assistants, and Unit Secretaries• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with nursing standards• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and development• Monitor department budgets, operational goals, and performance metrics• Collaborate with physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary teams• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programsMinimum Qualifications:• Active RN License – Massachusetts• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)• 5+ years of nursing experience in a related specialty• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experienceIf you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity, please feel free to reply to this email or share your updated resume.
