Maintenance Technician
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Comfort Systems USA Shoffner needs Preventative Maintenance Techs to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on HVAC and mechanical equipment.
We welcome experienced technicians, but it’s also a great opportunity to start a career in the skilled trades. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, gain hands-on experience, and work on maintenance, service, and construction projects.

Your Pay:
$20 - $22 per hour for entry level – more for experience. Pay and performance reviews annually.

What You Bring:
- Related work experience is a plus – not a requirement.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Trade school, vocational, or other related training (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude with interest to learn new skills
- Valid driver's license (required).
The Workplace:
- Drug-free Workplace.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Work overtime when necessary.
- Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
- Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
- Climb ladders and work at heights when necessary.
- Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
- Follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
