Join our Technology team and push the boundaries of tech to make a better world today and create the ground-breaking products and services of tomorrow. ## What you'll do * Establish and uphold Technology Delivery standards to guarantee consistency, quality, and efficiency across Portfolio’s. * Conduct periodic reviews to assess adherence to established standards, fostering continuous improvement initiatives. * Recommend and implement improvements to the delivery method and governance regime, providing valuable insights and support to Vodafone UK D&IT's senior leadership teams. * Actively listen to the requirements, feedback, and insights of the team, assessing their viability against the strategic direction of the xMO. Make objective decisions on whether to proceed with execution and, if affirmative, curate a plan for execution. * Identify areas for enhancement and efficiency gains, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. * Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve the flow of value, and enhance project delivery.
