- Lead and manage a team of professionals in the SGU_F&A Ops department, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including financial reporting and analysis.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the department, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping, maintaining a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies and ensure seamless operations.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and closing processes.
