We have an exciting new job opportunity at our Benelux Cluster and are looking to hire a detail‑oriented and proactive Data & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Data & Commercial Excellence team.

Our Commercial Benelux organization consists of talented experts working in fields including sales, marketing, market entry, digital, commercial management, and veterinary medicine. They all share a passion for making our medicines, vaccines, services, and solutions available to animals and the people who care for them. To strengthen the Data & Commercial Excellence Team within Animal Health Benelux, we are looking for a Data & Digital Marketing Specialist for our location in Boxmeer or Brussels.

About the role

In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of commercial and operational customer data, and you will enhance our omnichannel engagement capabilities so that our field force and marketing teams can deliver more personalized, connected, and impactful customer experiences.

Your work directly supports data‑driven decision‑making and the optimization of both in‑person and digital interactions across the customer journey.

Tasks and responsibilities

This role is divided in 50% Data Quality and 50% Digital marketing responsibilities.

Data Quality & Support

• Monitor, clean and validate our customer datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain data governance standards and ensure data consistency across business units.
• Act as point of contact and Partner with business and IT teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Manage incidents efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to connect field activities with digital touchpoints through Data management.

Digital Marketing:

• Support digital transformation initiatives by assisting with the rollout, optimization, and adoption of new websites, CRM systems, and marketing technologies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Maintain digital platforms, including websites, event registration tools, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud email journeys, to deliver seamless and personalized customer experiences across channels.
• Collaborate with the Digital- and MarketingTeams to enable coordinated omnichannel campaign execution aligned with the EURAM customer engagement strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM data governance.
• Experience with CRM and BI tools (incl. Power BI, Salesforce).
• Strong communication skills in Dutch/English.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Veeva Promomats is a plus.

Your profile

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• You have a solid understanding of data governance principles.
• You have at least 3 years of experience working with CRM and BI tools (such as Salesforce and Power BI).
• Dutch and English are mandatory, French is an asset.
• You have a strong eye for detail, an analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats is an advantage, but not a requirement, we’re happy to support your learning.

• You live within a reasonable commuting distance of either our Boxmeer (Netherlands) or Brussels (Belgium) office.
