  • Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code, including unit and integration tests, and participate in code reviews to raise code quality and share technical knowledge.

  • Diagnose, debug, and resolve issues in production and non‑production environments, contributing to operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement.

  • Safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve outcomes, including familiarity with AI‑driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.

  • Adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, and domains, contributing effectively across different services or components where needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

  • Professional software development experience, including object‑oriented or functional programming, version control, and debugging in at least one modern language (for example, Java, C#, Kotlin, Scala, Python, JavaScript, or similar).

  • Experience designing and implementing APIs, data models, and low‑level system designs, and delivering features or services in a production environment.

  • Experience owning well‑defined services, components, or features through the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Familiarity with AI‑driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing and implementing scalable, resilient services or components, including thoughtful API design, data modeling, and system design (LLD) in a cloud or distributed environment.

  • Experience operating services in production at scale, including monitoring, logging, alerting, incident investigation, and improving reliability and performance.

  • Demonstrated contributions to improving engineering practices (for example, test coverage, CI/CD pipelines, automation, or code review standards) that raise the quality bar for a team or domain.

  • Experience safely integrating and operating AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve outcomes, such as incorporating AI‑powered APIs, tools, or workflows into existing services while managing quality, performance, and risk.

  • Experience applying AI‑assisted development or analysis tools in day‑to‑day engineering work to improve productivity, code quality, or operational insights.
