Location: Nhat Tin Warehouse, Di An, Binh Duong (No shuttle bus service)
Job Description:
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and site procedures. Conduct safety checks and escalate exceptions as needed.
- Allocate trucks, ensure on-time and in-full deliveries, monitor vendor performance, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Track delivery status, manage transportation documentation, report incidents, and support daily transport operations.
- Collaborate on root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Foster a professional service culture, support compliance initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- College or University Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation or Operations
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and collaborate with teams
