Your Role as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with NHC, you will be an essential part of our clinical team. You will use your nursing knowledge, leadership skills, and compassion to provide excellent care and support positive outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Providing compassionate and professional nursing services

• Managing time effectively and prioritizing patient needs

• Communicating with patients, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintaining clinical knowledge and nursing skills

• Demonstrating strong organization, leadership, and communication skills

• Following all applicable policies, procedures, and standards of care

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse license

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
