As a SAP ABAP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in SAP Technology. You will be at the forefront of helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will be instrumental in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization, handling tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance system functionality and performance
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and business goals
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance project outcomes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within SAP environments
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP analytics frameworks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support ongoing service excellence

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
