Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs.
• Define application architecture, data architecture, and integration frameworks.
• Review and approve functional and technical solution designs.

Finance Process Transformation

• Drive implementation of core finance processes including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Cash & Bank Management Budgeting and Forecasting Financial Reporting and Consolidation
• Recommend best practices aligned with Microsoft standards.

Integration & Data Management

• Architect integrations between D365 Finance and external applications.
• Design solutions using: Azure Integration Services Logic Apps Service Bus Dataverse Power Platform APIs and OData Services
• Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to developers, consultants, and project teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and design governance sessions.
• Establish development standards and deployment practices.
• Mentor functional and technical team members.

Security & Compliance

• Design role-based security models and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Implement best practices for data privacy, access control, and segregation of duties.

Performance & Optimization

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize system scalability and transaction processing.
• Recommend enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Dynamics 365 Expertise

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Deep understanding of: General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Budgeting Cost Accounting Financial Reporting Cash and Bank Management

Technical Skills

• Dynamics 365 F&O Architecture and Solution Design.
• Azure Cloud Services.
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Electronic Reporting (ER).
• Dual Write and Dataverse.
• Integration frameworks and APIs
