Essential Job Functions:
Manage a team responsible for SAP package software application implementation through configuration and development
Lead workshops to determine system requirements and document findings
Lead projects, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery
Configure FI, CO, and associated SAP modules
Provide functional specifications for technical development
Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively
Monitor and report on project progress and financial metrics
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Foster an environment of teamwork and effective communication
Establish and maintain long-term executive relationships by performing billable advisory services
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
Proven experience in team management and software project execution
Solid technical knowledge in package applications
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus (e.g., MBA)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO) or advanced training a plus
Work Environment:
It is expected, at this time, that you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 40%.
