The role
You own how People Experience actually runs in our core markets: Poland, Germany, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Italy, Türkiye, and our Enterprise business unit, TuoTempo. That's 2,200+ DPralians and the local PX Heads who serve them.
Reporting to our Deputy Chief People Officer, Adanya, you will lead the People Experience (PX) Heads (8 direct reports - several of which are leaders, making this a leader of leaders role), partner with our COO, Carlos, and Country Managers, and sit on the PX Leadership team. Your job is to keep international teams focused on what matters most and to make sure it lands — on time, to standard, every quarter. You'll also deep-dive local situations directly on behalf of the dCPO or COO when they need it.
The bar is disciplined, relentless execution.
You will create value by
Running the PX operating model in every market. High-quality execution of the core BAU, measured against KPI targets — plus hands-on support to markets that need help hitting them.
Owning the business reviews. Country reviews with Country Heads and local PX Heads, and the full Go-to-Market PX review with the dCPO and COO. Clear visibility, honest gap-spotting, and a plan to close each gap.
Raising talent density in country leadership teams. Assess bench strength internationally and, with the COO, drive the changes needed through mobility, development or replacement. You take an active role in selecting country leadership team members, advise Country Managers and the COO, and facilitate talent moves — global to local and between locations — where they're the best outcome for Docplanner as a whole.
Being the voice of the markets inside global PX. Bring local reality into global projects so solutions are designed for the countries that will run them, and make sure global teams prioritize local demands by criticality.
Making local PX teams more efficient. Track productivity against defined standards and convert process, technology and other improvements into real gains.
Coaching the local PX leaders. Continuous feedback, support on the hard local calls, and a stronger international PX leadership bench as the result.
What you'll bring
An HR Business Partner at heart, from GTM. You've led large markets first-hand, you can hold HR strategy and ground-level HR operations in the same pair of hands, and you don't get distracted by shiny objects or unproven trends.
Scale and complexity. Regional or global HR leadership for at least 1,500 people, with HR teams of 50+ including dotted lines.
Restlessness in execution and follow-up. You miss no deadlines and you chase until things are closed. You don't bend on commitments — time, quality or actual delivery — and you hold people accountable.
Relationships that survive hard conversations. You build trust with business leaders, steer them in the right direction, and occasionally talk sense into them. You lead through influence and expertise, not authority.
Cultural range. You navigate a global-and-local organization, converge different ways of working through empathy and common ground, and champion diversity and inclusion in a way that's genuinely relevant locally while staying true to what Docplanner stands for.
A data instinct, not a data reflex. You connect business goals to the numbers that actually measure them — and you know when a number isn't the answer.
How success is measured
Progress against Go-to-Market PX OITs and KPIs, particularly those tied to the operating model
Sales and Customer Success turnover, plus engagement and attrition of high performers
New hire retention, and hiring against budget
eNPS
Speed of underperformance resolution, within the defined timeframe
Qualitatively: feedback from business and PX leaders, and the completion, timeliness and accuracy of the global processes driven by other functions and PX teams.
Our process of getting to know each other
Talent Acquisition interview - with Flore
Manager interview - with Adanya
(potential final interview to clarify remaining questions)
