This role focuses on supporting IT Business Services compliance through strong data management, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The individual will contribute to governance activities across the service compliance lifecycle, helping ensure services meet defined standards and supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.What you will do Support governance for IT Business Services compliance across Vodafone businesses.Manage Platinum and Gold Service Compliance lists, including periodic updates, data quality checks, alignment with ICMS data, and clean-up activities.Produce monthly, periodic, and ad-hoc compliance reports with accurate and consistent data.Engage with subject matter experts to assess services against compliance requirements.Collaborate with Service Enablement teams to ensure new services meet required compliance standards.Perform day-to-day operational activities such as business area reviews, service assessments, service upgrade or downgrade requests, and reporting.Communicate regularly and clearly with stakeholders across business lines, technology teams, and management.Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, and strengthen stakeholder collaboration.Identify, escalate, monitor, and report risks to resolution to minimise business impact.Participate in governance forums and contribute to the ongoing maturity of compliance processes.Who you are Experienced in data management, with the ability to work accurately with complex datasets.Familiar with service management and ITSM practices, ideally within an IT environment covering infrastructure and applications.Highly organised, structured, and attentive to detail.Confident in written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.Comfortable transforming, visualising, and reporting on large volumes of data.Educated to degree level in a technical or management-related field, or able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience.Knowledge of ITIL principles, supported by ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience.Not a Perfect Fit?
