Early Engagement Marketing Strategy, Vice President
Chase for Business helps business owners start, grow, and manage their businesses. We aim to be their partner, connecting them to solutions, expert tools and content that support them both financially and operationally beyond banking.
As the Early Engagement Marketing Strategy, VP within the Business Banking Loyalty Generation Marketing team, you will lead and continually optimize the onboarding experience for new Business Banking deposit clients. The team builds marketing and educational materials that connect small business customers to the right products and features at the right time, educates and advocates for them along their business journey.
The New Client Onboarding Marketing Strategy Lead is responsible for continually optimizing and evolving the onboarding experience for new Business Banking deposit clients, welcoming customers to Chase for Business, accelerating completion of critical early setup behaviors (e.g., funding, fraud protection, digital readiness), and establishing a strong foundation for long-term loyalty, engagement, and primacy.
This always-on, multi-channel program spans email, direct mail, ads, landing pages, and digital nudges. Anchored in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, it is continuously optimized to deliver increasingly personalized, moment-based outreach that reduces friction, builds confidence, and drives early activation.
This role partners closely with Analytics to build a disciplined test-and-learn engine and collaborates across Product, Digital Customer Experience, Creative, Operations, and control functions (including Legal, Regulatory, and Risk/Compliance) to ensure the program is both customer-forward and compliant.
A successful leader brings deep curiosity about what motivates customer action, translates behavioral and performance insights into program enhancements, and ensures a coordinated experience across touchpoints.
