In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Objective
As a Business Analyst in Group Technology, you will play a crucial role in enabling and empowering the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure. You will work to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels by focusing on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions to understand business processes and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Support solution design by working closely with architects, developers, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.).
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and Process maps (As-Is and To-Be).
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value.
- Support change management and release activities, including documentation and communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
- Domain knowledge (Banking / Finance etc.) is a plus.
- Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
