You'll be hunting and closing SMB deals at volume - owning the full cycle through to signed contract. If you love the grind of building pipeline from scratch, have a knack for quick discovery, and get a buzz from a fast close, this is the role for you.What will you be doing?Running a high-volume outbound motion - cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting daily to build pipeline from the ground up, as well as working closely with our high performing BDRsOwning the full sales cycle end-to-end, through to closed-won, typically within a short sales cycleQuickly qualifying SMB prospects through sharp, conversational discovery to identify pain and move deals forward fastDelivering concise, punchy demos tailored to SMB buyers Hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation, activities, and closed revenueKeeping HubSpot clean and up to date for accurate forecasting What are we looking for? Proven experience running a full outbound sales cycle, with a track record of closing high-volume SMB deals fastA cold calling native - you're comfortable picking up the phone 50+ times a day and know how to hook a prospect in the first 30 secondsSaaS sales experience is a must - you'll know what an API is and can hold your own in a conversation with a technical buyerConsistent quota attainment and overachievement - we want to see the numbers, not just the narrativeSharp, instinctive discovery skills - you can uncover pain quicklyNatural curiosity and hunger to become a product expert, so every conversation is relevant and consultativeFluency in English Familiarity with HubSpot is a nice to haveGenuine excitement for what Prelude is buildingWhat do we offer?
