Role and Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning and profitability for products within TV portfolio. You will develop the go-to-market strategy, define key growth platforms, manage the day-to-day execution and partner with cross-functional teams across the organization. This role is highly visible and will be challenged to support TVs continued growth and vision.

 

  • Own: analyze your business and P&L to identify channel opportunities, growth platforms, and potential future revenue streams
  • Analyze: understand your business’ strengths and weaknesses, competitive pressures, and opportunities for growth
  • Build: create business opportunities by unlocking new channels and exploring new areas for growth
  • Partner: work cross-functionally with our Integrated Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Business Management and other teams to create and implement strategic projects to harness new growth opportunities
  • Test and Learn: use a data-driven approach to identify improvement and process optimization opportunities
  • Operate: define the forecast plans needed to reach our business goals, then actually make it happen
  • Can-do attitude: you roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make your business successful
  • Self-starter: you have a bias towards action and thrive in a fast-paced business environment
  • Growth Mindset: you crave responsibility and want to shape the vision and direction of your business

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology and are hungry to own and operate a high-growth business.
  • Experience influencing and motivating people across functions and job levels.
  • Experience owning a P&L, building business cases, being data-driven, and making strategic bets.
  • Experience managing complex projects and developing actionable plans from high-level goals.
