Cross Currency Solutions Product Sales Specialist, Latin America, Vice President
As a Cross Currency Solutions Product Sales Specialist Vice President for Latin America, you will support the execution of the FX Payments growth strategy and help accelerate regional and cross-regional FX P&L growth. You will drive Cross Currency Solutions product sales across Latin America as a Vice President, partnering with Payments Sales, Bankers, and FX teams to grow the FX Payments portfolio through pipeline execution, client prospecting, and mandate conversion.
Job Responsibilities
Pipeline, Growth & Portfolio Execution
- You will manage the sales pipeline and develop target client lists, driving execution from pre-sales through mandate wins, deal closure, and senior management reporting.
- You will prospect clients that do not currently use the Cross Currency Solutions suite and mine the existing Payments portfolio for business development opportunities.
- You will manage attrition, pursue portfolio growth with existing clients, and generate new business aligned to direct portfolio growth targets.
Client Solutioning & Opportunity Analysis
- You will conduct opportunity analysis by leveraging internal data to identify actionable FX Payments and cross-border payment opportunities.
- You will create client pitches, opportunity analyses, and presentations for key stakeholders.
- You will develop and present client-relevant solution presentations that address specific client needs and corporate workflow use cases.
Partner Coordination & Deal Support
- You will lead joint planning with Payments Sales, Bankers, and FX Marketers in Mexico to ensure solutioning alignment for clients.
- You will coordinate closely with Payments Sales, JPMorganChase Bankers, FX Sales, Product Management, and RFP teams to support proactive client calling, RFP responses, and pricing decisions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking, Payments FX, cross-border payments, and the broader payments landscape.
- Understanding of FX, corporate workflow, and the role that cash management-related FX plays in AP/AR processes.
- Payments or FX-oriented sales experience with excellent client-facing skills.
- Ability to work under direct portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners, including Sales, Product Management, Client Service, and Global Bankers.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Fluent English and fluent Spanish, with availability for travel.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.
- BA in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering from a top-tier program, or equivalent graduate-level education.
